    • Caution: NeoBond 2A (NCO) & PUR (OH) is non-toxic, non-hazardous and non-flammable under normal conditions of use. Splashes in the eyes or skin; spillage in workplace and on clothes should be immediately washed with plenty of water to avoid skin irritation. Proper ventilation should be provided in work area.
    • Always remember to run machine in slow speed around 100 meter/minutes initially after the job change so that fresh adhesive completely replaces the old one & then gradually pick up speed.
    • During job change the coating roller and transfer rollers should be kept running so as to prevent adhesive from drying on the roller.
    • For Metallized (BOPP/CPP) substrates, appropriate speeds and coating weights must be pre-determined before taking a commercial run. High speed runs in Metallized substrates may result in speckling.
    • Laminates must be processed/slit at-least after 24 hrs. of initial lamination.
    • Rollers should be cleaned properly if machine stops for more than 30 min. and suitable solvent is Ethyl Acetate or MEK.
