The 350 Booklet System is Duplo’s mid-range bookletmaking system can be integrated with the DSC-10/60i Suction. Collators producing a wide range of offset and digital print applications, from calendar and catalogs to brochures and newsletters, on demand. The 350 Booklet System provides the efficiency to deliver jobs in shorter turnarounds and its modular design offers users the flexibility to customize them according to their needs.
The 350 Booklet System utilizes Duplo’s DSC-10/60i Suction Collators. The unique 8-belt air suction feed system along with an Air Management System make these collators the most reliable in the industry. Incorporating Duplo’s patented dual fan technology, each bin comes equipped with two individual fans – one to produce a stable flow of air separation and the other to generate consistent suction for feeding. With adjustments conveniently located beside each bin, the Air Management System enables operators to easily fine-tune the amount and strength of air, if necessary.
CUSTOMIZABLE TO MEET YOUR NEEDS
The modular design of the system enables users to configure it with a number of options such as small booklet, side/corner stitch, and 6-page insert kits to meet various application demands. Booklets can be faced trimmed by adding the DBM- 350T Trimmer. As booklets are trimmed and delivered onto the stacker, waste is automatically deposited into an external bin and can be easily removed while the system is running, ensuring non-stop productivity.
