VioGreen XL Cleanout Gum is ready-to-use cleanout gum designed for use with VioGreen XL photopolymer plate.

VioGreen XL Cleanout Gum is a chemistry free gum solution designed to give optimum speed of cleanout and bath life. It is suitable for use in recommended cleanout units or select processors after suitable modifications.

    • Ensures best possible dot reproduction of correctly exposed plates
    • Consistent performance throughout the bath life
    • Wide temperature latitude
    • Minimum sludge level

  • -

    • Clean the cleanout unit with CtP processor cleaner
    • Fill the cleanout unit up to the overflow level
    • Set cleanout unit as per recommended processing parameters
    • Keep cleanout unit lids closed during usage
    • Storage & Handling :    Protect from heat & direct Store at moderate

    temperature (below 35oC) in a dry, well-ventilated area. Keep containers tightly closed. Use of hand gloves is recommended.

    • Shelf-life :    12 months from the month of manufacturing
    • Packing :    20 litres
    • Caution :    Use of hand gloves and goggles

    Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Read MSDS before using this product.
