Revivarol Deglazer is a powerful liquid deglazer-cum-conditioner for blanket maintenance. It is also suitable for use on rollers.

    • A blend of chosen solvents and plasticisers.
    • Penetrates deep into the pores of the rubber surface to dissolve and remove dried-up residue of varnish and pigments.
    • Revivarol Deglazer replaces the plasticisers which are removed during normal wash-up operations.
    • It should be used at least once a week to keep blankets and rollers in top condition.
    • Non-drying liquid with high flash point above 150oC.
    • On Blankets : Clean the blankets using a normal press wash. Apply Revivarol Deglazer with a dry, clean cloth, rubbing into the rubber surface. For best results, allow contact for approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Wipe the blanket clean with a normal press wash. Finish with a clean damp cloth / sponge.
    • On Rollers : Clean the rollers using a normal press wash. Disengage the wash-up blades and apply sufficient quantity of Revivarol Deglazer evenly cover the entire roller train. Run the machine for 3 to 5 minutes. For thorough deglazing, allow contact for approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Engage the wash-up blades and flush off residue with a normal press wash, followed by water. To prevent slipping of the non-gear driven rollers, it is advisable to clean one half of the rollers, followed by the other half.
    • Storage & Handling : Combustible liquid. Protect from direct sunlight. Store at moderate temperatures in a dry, well-ventilated area. Keep the containers tightly closed when not in use. The use of gloves is strongly recommended while handling petroleum hydrocarbon based press washes.
    • Shelf-life : 12 months from the date of manufacture.
    • Packing : 1 litre.
    • Precautions : Keep away from sources of heat, sparks, open flame and static electricity charges. Revivarol Deglazer is not recommended for contact with the rubber rollers and blanket surface for more than 15 minutes. Post wash-up application of plain water is recommended as a finishing step for complete removal of the residue.
