InstaKleen UV is a premium, white emulsion plate cleaner for the cleaning and desensitisation of analog and CtP plates using UV and EB inks. InstaKleen UV is safe on unbaked TechNova analog & CtP offset plates.

    • Instantly removes scum & ink; for optimum consumption.
    • Completely desensitises non-image areas; for trouble-free plate performance.
    • Ideal viscosity; for ease of application.
    • Shake the bottle well and apply to plate surface with a damp sponge.
    • Wash off the residue with a clean damp sponge and continue printing.
    • InstaKleen UV can be used for cleaning ink from plates prior to storage and during the routine plate cleaning operations.
    • For best results, use on damp plate.
    • Storage & Handling : Store at moderate temperatures in a dry, well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight. Keep the containers tightly closed when not in use. The use of gloves is recommended.
    • Shelf-life : 12 months from the date of manufacture.
    • Packing : 1 litre
    • Precautions : Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Keep away from sources of heat, sparks, open flames and static electricity charges.
