Whirler :

• Fix the plate firmly in the whirler and adjust the speed at 40 - 50 rpm depending on the size of the plate to be coated.
• Wash the plate and dry before coating. Pour sufficient quantity of PosiFlash Plus at the center of the plate.
• Allow steady and uninterrupted flow until the coating spreads evenly over the surface.
• Close the lid of the whirler. Increase the whirler speed up to 80-100 rpm and allow the plate to dry completely.
• Consumption : Approximately 60-70 ml per sq.mtr.

Manual :

• Place the plate on a clean, flat surface.
• Use a freshly washed and dried synthetic sponge and pour a small quantity of PosiFlash Plus on one edge of the sponge.
• Apply the coating by wiping the sponge in parallel strokes with equal pressure, along the length of the plate.
• For even coating, the wiping action may be repeated across the plate after squeezing off excess coating from the sponge.
• Avoid uncoated patches and streaks. Fan-dry the plate.
• Consumption : Approximately 50-60 ml per sq. mtr.
• Use of Posidev / Posidev Powder developer is highly recommended for developing the exposed plate.

• Storage & Handling : Store at moderate room temperatures in a dry, well-ventilated area. Protect from light including direct sunlight. Keep the containers closed. The use of gloves and safety goggles is strongly recommended while handling PosiFlash Plus.
• Shelf-life : 6 months from the date of manufacture.
• Packing : 250 ml & 1 litre.
• Precautions : The Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) should be read and understood thoroughly prior to using this product. Ensure adequate precautions are taken, as directed. Store away from sources of heat, sparks, open flames and static electricity charges. Provide sufficient ventilation in the coating area.
