Usage Instructions
Lamination film is used for protection and print enhancement.
To get best results, following points to be considered:
• Acclimatize lamination film in lamination room.
• Test lamination adhesive compatibility with the media by creating a small sample job. Because it is impossible to test every possible print- application combination, we recommend customers conduct their own tests to see if the material is qualified and compatible for actual end-use.
• Ensure that the printed material is thoroughly dry before lamination. Ensure dust-free environment at lamination setup to avoid foreign particles which gets attracted to the lamination adhesive.
• Fine dust or dirt can be removed from boards, photos, posters, prints and plots with a soft cloth or
PCR-Roller before taking it to for lamination
• Optimize heating roller temperature between 80˚C to 130˚C depending on the roller pressure, speed, lamination film thickness and single/double side lamination in one go.
• Ensure proper edge sealing through flush cut is done so that lamination film and substrate are in one plane which avoids air trapping between media and lamination film

Storage & Handling:
• A fresh pair of cotton gloves should be used while handling lamination film roll to avoid sweat, grease and oil transfer on to the lamination film that could affect the lamination quality. When not in use, store the lamination roll in cool, dry place [20-25°C, 55% ± 10% RH] away from direct sunlight
• If lamination roll is left on lamination machine in idle condition for long time, it is advised to cover lamination machine along with lamination roll to protect lamination film from dust and atmospheric foreign particles.
Ageing:
Almost no deterioration or discoloration under normal environmental conditions when kept away from strong UV light / heat and protected against extreme conditions
Shelf Life:
For optimum results, use media within six months from the date of manufacture
