Water based adhesive for manual pasting application

NeoBond SH 44 is a superior quality polyvinyl acetate emulsion specially developed for packaging operations on manual / semi-automatic slow speed machines for paper-to-paper pasting in book binding, carton pasting for usage as it is or after dilution & in wood furnishing applications by manual application.

    • Application: For manual application in book binding, carton manufacturing corrugation, etc. It is a high viscosity product.
    • It can be used for manual wood working application. After pasting the wood surfaces, it has to be kept for curing in room temperature for almost 24 hours to obtain a permanent bond.
    • NeoBond SH 44 is found to be very effective in bonding laminates to plywood.
    • Storage & Handling: Store in original air tight containers at temperatures between 10oC-35oC. Stir well before use. Rotate stocks on FIFO basis
    • Shelf-life: 6 months from the date of manufacturing
    • Packing: 1kg X 20 EA box
    • Caution: NeoBond SH 44 is non–toxic, non-hazardous and non- flammable under normal conditions of use. Splashes in the eyes should be immediately washed with plenty of water. Spillage in work place and on clothes should be immediately washed with water. Proper ventilation should be provided in work area.
