NeoBond SH grade is a Superior Quality Polyvinyl Acetate Emulsion especially developed for wood furnishing applications as it is by manual application.

    • NeoBond SH strongly binds wood, plywood, laminate, veneers, MDF and all types of boards and cork.
    • Best for soft & hardwoods, particle board and porous materials.
    • For assembly gluing (dowels, tongue and groove, mortise and tenon)
    • For Solid wood edging.
    • For surface bonding (laminates/veneer on hardboard, MDF, HDF,, plywood etc)
    • Also ideal for craft work.
    • Storage & Handling: Store in airtight containers as supplied, storage should be between 10-35°C. Product should be stirred well before use. Rotate stocks on first in first out basis. 
    • Shelf Life: 6 months from the date of packing
    • Packing: 500gms, 1kg, 5kg, 10kg, 30kg, 50kg drum
    • Caution: NeoBond SH grade is non-toxic, non-hazardous, and non-flammable under normal conditions of use. Splashes in the eyes should be immediately washed with plenty of water. Spillage in work place and on cloth should be immediately washed with water. Proper ventilation should be provided in work area.
    • Stir the contents of the container before use.
    • Apply thin coat of adhesive on both side for hardwood and on one side for soft wood.
    • Press firmly both the surfaces until glue is wet.
    • Excess adhesive which oozes out from edges should be wiped off with squeezed wet cloth.
    • To get best results, bonded surfaces are to be kept under pressure for 24 hrs.
    • If required, pressure can be released after 2-3 Hrs and the bonded assembly can be put to use.
