NeoBond PSW 7055 is water based adhesive suitanle for pressure sensitive label manufacturing applications in BOPP packaging tapes, Holographic Labels, stickers, label stocks, envelope flaps and other allied users.

    • The product is smooth flowing with good machine running characteristics with no splashing on high speeds.
    • Fast setting characteristics.
    • Non-Toxic, Non-Polluting.
    • Stickers & Label Stock. Use as supplied without further dilution with water stickers/labels/stock/labels can be produced by direct coating of adhesive without mixing of any pigments and colours.
    • For production of coloured, translucent & opaque tapes, the adhesive can be mixed with pigments and colours
    • Storage & Handling: Store in its original packing, avoid storage under high temperature conditions. Recommended storage temperature is 10~35oC. Stir well before use. Follow FIFO to ensure old stocks are used first.
    • Shelf life: 6 months from the date of packing
    • Packing: 50kg drum
    • Caution: NeoBond PSW 7055 series are non–toxic, non–hazardous and non–flammable in nature under normal use. Ensure that the work area is properly ventilated. Wearing of Personal protective equipment’s (PPE) is recommended.
