Cleaning Procedure
● Clean the machine thoroughly and ensure removal of all solvent traces from the application
roller and adhesive tray.
● Once the adhesive is poured in the tray, keep the adhesive application roller running to avoid
skin formation and drying of adhesive on the roller
● Clean the Rollers with water and scrub lightly with soft cloth. Wipe off excess liquid

Storage, Handling & Packaging
● Storage & Handling : Store in original air tight containers at temperatures between
10-35oC. Stir well before use. Rotate stocks on FIFO basis
● Shelf-life : 6 months from the date of packing

● Caution : NeoBond DLM 3045 is non–toxic, non-hazardous and nonflammable
under normal conditions of use. Splashes in the
eyes should be immediately washed with plenty of water.

● Nipping Roller Temp : 80oC
