NeoBond CBG 6010 CI is suitable for Casing-in application in high speed machines like Kolbus at the speeds of 7000 to 8000 cases/hour. Good bond between Board to Paper, Board or Paper to PVC & Paper to Paper

  • Film: Forms a tacky flexible and continuous film on paper
  • pH: 5.0 + 1.0
    • Smooth flowing product with excellent machinability
    • Quick and stable setting characteristics
    • Product performs well irrespective of ambient conditions. i.e. humidity & temperature
    • Bonding of Board to Paper
    • Board or Paper to PVC
    • Paper to Paper
    • Storage & Handling: Store in original air tight containers at temperatures between 10oC-35oC. Stir well before use. Rotate stocks on FIFO basis
    • Shelf life: 6 months from the date of packing
    • Packing: 25kg drum
    • Caution: NeoBond CBG 6055 CI is non-toxic, non-hazardous and non-flammable under normal conditions of use. Splashes in the eyes or skin; spillage in workplace and on clothes should be immediately washed with plenty of water to avoid sking irritation. Proper ventilation should be provided in work area
