Lubricating fluid for dry-running press rollers

LubriKleen is a premium, roller lubricating fluid for dry running units of conventional and combi offset machines.

    • Ready to use fluid; for user friendly experience
    • Robust formulation; for long lasting effect
    • Smooth lubricating action; prevents heat built-up due to friction
    • Excellent transfer property; gives even coverage
    • Clean the roller using regular press wash-up solvent
    • Apply LubriKleen , directly on the rider roller of ink train
    • Start the machine and allow it to spread in the roller train and check for even coverage.
    • On completion of the run, clean off the residue with a regular press wash-up solvent followed by water wash to prepare the unit for printing 
    • Storage & Handling : Protect from direct sunlight. Store at moderate temperatures in a dry, well-ventilated area. Keep the containers tightly closed when not in use. The use of gloves is recommended.
    • Shelf-life : 12 months from the month of packing
    • Packing : 500 ml
    • Precautions : Keep away from sources of heat, sparks, open flame and static electricity charges.
