    • Mixing : Thoroughly mix 1 litre of NovaWash K in 20 litres of kerosene. The kerosene + NovaWash K mixture works as a water miscible wash-up solvent. To make an emulsion, the kerosene + NovaWash K mixture should be poured into water for improved miscibility.
    • Blankets : Apply the mixture with a damp cloth or sponge to dilute and remove the ink layer. Remove the residue with a clean damp cloth or sponge. Finish with water application and wipe dry.
    • Inking Rollers : Apply the mixture from a squeeze bottle to loosen the ink film. Fix the gutter blades and apply the solution pre-mixed with 15 ~ 30% water from a separate squeeze bottle. Cleans ink as well as water-soluble components in a single application. Use of separate squeeze bottles ensures controlled consumption and minimal skin contact.
    • Storage & Handling : Protect from direct sunlight. Store at moderate temperatures in a dry, well-ventilated area. Keep the containers tightly closed when not in use. The use of gloves is recommended while handling petroleum hydrocarbon based press washes.
    • Shelf-life : 12 months from the date of manufacture.
    • Packing : 1 litre.
    • Precautions : Keep away from sources of heat, sparks, open flames and static electricity charges. Post wash-up application of plain water is recommended as a finishing step for complete removal of the residue. Unattended build-up of residue over a prolonged duration could cause ink transfer problems. Not recommended for use on plates.
