• The surface to be coated should not be hot or brought in from exposure to sunlight
• Applying at temperatures above the recommended limit can cause the liquid to “flash off” making initial curing too rapid and polishing considerably more difficult
• Ideally application should be carried out at an ambient temperature of 25°C. (+/-5°C)
• Remove surface contaminants and iron particles in the paint using a clay bar and AutoServe Decontaminatorfollowed by AutoServe Shampoo (MW/XF)
• Prepare the surface to its smoothest perfection free of blemishes and swirls using suitable rubbing and polishing options
• Remove all oily residue using with Auto Serve De-Oil. To attain optimum bonding it is essential that theprepared surface is perfectly clean; totally free from waxes, silicone coatings, oil etc
• Before full application, always carry out a test on an inconspicuous area (e.g. under side of the bonnet of the car)
• Plan the work to apply the coating in small sections (e.g. one body panel at a time)
• A team having one person applying the coating, and another person polishing the applied layer promptlyis recommended
• Finish buffing within 2 to 3 minutes depending upon temperature of paint surface
• Consider application of a second coat after 2 hrs to ensure complete and even film. The car may be exposed to sunlight after 4 hours of curing in the shade
• Do not apply the coating on freshly painted surfaces
• Strictly follow “Instructions for application” for best results. AutoServe Nano Coating applicator andmicrofiber cloth are provided as part of the kit

Caution : Application should be done in a shaded area away from direct sunlight or inside a covered garage ensuring that surface is cool.
