Product Description
Premium, universal image remover gel for presensitised positive plates.
Characteristics
- Ready-to-use, viscous, colourless fluid.
- Enables complete removal of unwanted image areas within 30 to 60 seconds of contact.
- No solvent odour.
- Does not creep away or spread from the contact area.
- Does not damage the non-image areas of the plate.
- Designed for universal application on long run as well as short run positive plates.
- Flash point above 40°C.
After developing, rinse the plate thoroughly and apply a finishing gum. Shake the bottle well before use. Apply the fluid directly on the areas to be deleted using a fine brush. Leave the solution in contact for approximately 60 seconds with light brushing. Even if the image is invisible, the solution must be left in contact with the areas to be deleted for a minimum of 30 seconds. Repeat application if necessary. Rinse the plate with fresh water and squeegee off excess. Apply a substrate repair solution such as Plate Saver to thoroughly desensitise the deleted areas. Apply a finishing gum and buff dry.
Caution :
When left undisturbed for a period of time, the fluid thickens to form a viscous gel. Vigorous shaking of the container will bring the solution back to fluid state.
