Features Certified by FOGRA for compatibility as per specifications of MAN Roland, KBA-Planeta and Heidelberg press manufacturers. Clear liquid with low odour and medium evaporation Compatible for use with automatic washing devices as well as for manual wash-up application. Washes rubber rollers, blankets, dampers and all metal surfaces Absence of aromatic contents reduces the possibility of skin and eye irritation under normal usage conditions. Low hazard rated wash with high flash point. Flash point: 64°C. Instructions Automatic washing systems : Follow the instructions of automatic washing system manufacturer. Blankets : Apply the concentrate solution with a damp cloth or sponge to dilute and remove the ink layer. Remove the residues with a clean damp cloth or sponge. Follow-up with water application and wipe dry. Inking rollers : Apply concentrate wash from a squeeze bottle to loosen the ink film. Fix the gutter blades and apply HMK Wash 1 pre-mixed with water from a separate squeeze bottle. Cleans ink as well as water-soluble components in a single application. Use of separate squeeze bottles ensures controlled consumption and minimal skin contact. Caution Store away from sources of heat, sparks, open flame and static electricity charges. Use of hand gloves or barrier cream is recommended while handling petroleum hydrocarbon based press washes. Packing 5 L & 25L
