Low foaming fount solution concentrate for use in applications where foaming might otherwise be a problem. It is ideal for sheet-fed presses with high-speed circulation systems. Compatible for use with UV curing inks.

- Buffered to give a consistent pH reading in the range of pH 4.6 ~ 5.2, depending on raw-water quality, at the recommended dilution level.

- Contains sequestering agents which enables satisfactory performance with soft to medium hard raw-water conditions
Instructions
The recommended dosing of 2% (20ml. per litre) adequately ensure the full benefits. Dilution may be optimised within the range of 2% ~ 3% (20ml. ~ 30ml.per litre) depending on usage conditions. For accurate dosing control of buffered fountain solutions, use of a conductivity meter is essential. Always ensure that the mixed fount solution is within ± 100 microsiemens of the pre-determined 2% mix. Thorough cleaning of the dosing, circulation and feeding systems with Fount System Cleaner is highly recommended prior to charging freshly mixed solution to ensure optimum tray life.
