Economical fountain solution concentrate for non-circulating dampening systems.

Instructions
The fount additive should be diluted @ 2.5% (25 ml. per litre). The concentration can be varied in the range 2% - 3% depending on raw-water conditions. Check and re-adjust water feed as per requirement of the press. For accurate dosing control of buffered fountain solutions, use of a conductivity meter is essential. Always ensure that the mixed fount solution is within ± 100 microsiemens of the pre-determined 2% mix. Thorough cleaning of the dosing, circulation and feeding systems with Fount System Cleaner is highly recommended prior to charging freshly mixed solution to ensure optimum tray life.
