General purpose, economical water miscible blanket and roller wash.
Features
- Forms an emulsion when mixed with water to enable single step cleaning of gum, lint, fluff and other water soluble glaze build-up.
- Ensures thorough cleaning without damaging the rubber surface.
- Dries completely without leaving a greasy residue.
- Prolonged contact could cause damage to presensitised plate coating.
- Flash point above 35°C.
Instructions
Blankets : Apply the concentrate solution with a damp cloth or sponge to dilute and remove the ink layer. Remove the residues with a clean damp cloth or sponge. Follow-up with water application and wipe dry.
Inking rollers : Apply concentrate wash from a squeeze bottle to loosen the ink film. Fix the gutter blades and apply NovaWash Universal pre-mixed with 15% ~ 30% water from a separate squeeze bottle. Cleans ink as well as water-soluble components in a single application. Use of separate squeeze bottles ensures controlled consumption and minimal skin contact.
Caution
Store away from sources of heat, sparks, open flame and static electricity charges. Post wash-up application of plain water is recommended as a finishing step for complete removal of the residue. Unattended build-up of residue over a prolonged duration could cause ink transfer problems. Use of hand gloves or Pre-worx barrier cream is strongly recommended while handling petroleum hydrocarbon based press washes.
