Quick drying, deep penetrating water miscible blanket and roller wash.
Features
- Forms an efficient emulsion when mixed with water to enable single step cleaning of gum, lint, fluff and other water soluble glaze build-up.
- Contains solvents to break down deposits of varnish, resin and pigment from the ink and hold them in suspension
- Ensure penetrative cleaning without damaging the rubber surface.
- Dries completely without leaving a greasy residue.
- Prolonged contact could cause damage to presensitised plate coating.
- Flash point > 26°C.
Instructions
Blankets : Apply the concentrate solution with a damp cloth or sponge to dilute and remove the ink layer. Remove the residues with a clean damp cloth or sponge. Follow-up with water application and wipe dry.
Inking rollers : Apply concentrate wash from a squeeze bottle to loosen the ink film. Fix the gutter blades and apply UltraWash pre-mixed with 15% ~ 30% water from a separate squeeze bottle to give a complete wash up to remove ink and water soluble material and to rejuvenate the rubber surfaces in one single operation. Use of separate squeeze bottles ensures controlled consumption and minimal skin contact.
Caution
Store away from sources of heat, sparks, open flame and static electricity charges. Post wash-up application of plain water is recommended as a finishing step for complete removal of the residue. Unattended build-up of residue over a prolonged duration could cause ink transfer problems. Use of hand gloves or Pre-worx barrier cream is strongly recommended while handling petroleum hydrocarbon based press washes.
