Specialty emulsion cleaner suitable for manual and automatic cleaning of cloth covered damper rollers.
Features

- The solvent phase ensures quick penetration and excellent ink solvency the aqueous phase disperses the water-soluble components such as paper lint, coating and gum particles.
- Easily washed off with water without solvent residue, thus retarding the process of ink accumulation when the rollers are put back on the machine.
- Prolongs the life of damper covers.
Instructions
Apply Dampakleen undiluted to the area to be cleaned. Scrub gently with a nylon brush for a few seconds to remove dried or embedded ink particles. Thoroughly rinse the residues under a stream of running water.
For automatic cleaning, application of Dampakleen on the roller covers is recommended prior to loading them in the cleaning device. The product is easily rinsed away with water.
Treatment of the damper rollers by applying a fount concentrate or Clean Start is recommended as a post cleaning step, to further retard the ink accumulation during press run.
