Revivarol Deglazer

Powerful deglazer-cum-conditioner for maintenance of rollers and blankets. Recommended as the first step option for quick colour change, to be followed by a regular press wash as the second step.
Features

- Revivarol replaces the plasticisers which are removed during normal wash-up operations
- It should be used at least once a week to keep blankets and rollers in top condition

- Flash point is in excess 150°c
Instructions
On Rollers : Clean the rollers using a normal press wash. Disengage the wash-up blades and apply sufficient quantity of Revivarol Deglazer to evenly cover the entire roller train. Run the machine for 3 to 5 minutes. For thorough deglazing, allow contact for approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Engage the wash-up blades and flush off residue with a normal press wash, preferably a non-water miscible wash such as Revivo Wash followed by water. To prevent slipping of the non-gear driven rollers, it is advisable to clean one half of the rollers followed by the other half. In case of a colour change wash-up, the contact time can be reduced to 3 minutes.
Caution
Revivarol Deglazer is recommended to be left in contact with the roller and blanket surfaces for not more than 15 to 20 minutes.
