RevivoWash

Non-water miscible general-purpose blanket and roller wash for use on medium to large size presses.
Features

- Does not cause swelling or damage to rubber surfaces
- Does not damage presensitised plate coating
- Regular use prevents accumulation of resins and pigments in the pores of rubber surface, thus preventing the hardening process.
- Flash Point above 35°C.
Instructions
On Blankets : Apply Revivo Wash directly with a cloth or sponge evenly covering the whole surface. Wipe away the loosened particles with a clean cloth or sponge. Wipe the blankets with a damp cloth of sponge to remove paper lint and fluff accumulation. Use of hand gloves recommended for all wash-up products.
On Rollers : Pour a small quantity of the concentrate solution using a squeeze bottle and allow the press to run. Fix the gutter blades and pour a liberal amount of wash to rinse away the loosened ink. Follow up with one application of water to remove the lint, fluff and water-soluble material.
Caution
Use of hand gloves or Pre-worx barrier cream is strongly recommended while handling petroleum hydrocarbon based press washes.
