Uniwash QD

Quick-drying general-purpose non-water miscible blanket and roller wash for use on small to medium size presses.
Features

Instructions
On Blankets :Apply Uniwash QD using a clean damp cloth or sponge over the whole blanket. Wipe away the dissolved ink along with residue and allow natural drying. In case of fluff and paper lint pile-up on the blanket wet the blanket with water prior to application of wash.
On Rollers : Pour sufficient quantity of wash using a squeeze bottle, to evenly cover the rollers while the press is running at slow speed. Tighten the gutter blades and pour a liberal amount of wash to rinse away the loosened ink. Follow up with water application to remove paper lint, fluff and other water-soluble components. Use of squeeze bottles ensures controlled consumption and minimal skin contact.
Caution
Use of hand gloves or Pre-worx barrier cream is strongly recommended while handling petroleum hydrocarbon based press washes.
