Instructions
Clean the ink from the rollers and blankets normally at the end of the job. Disengage the wash-up blades and apply sufficient quantity of Hydromarc Roller Cleaning Paste on the rollers using an ink knife to cover the entire surface to be cleaned. Run in the paste for approximately 3 to 5 minutes. Hydromarc Roller Cleaning Paste is designed to achieve extremely high quality cleaning. The penetrative cleaning agents works within the pores releasing the embedded ink pigments and glaze while the progressive tack build-up pulls out the loosened particles from the rollers for complete cleaning in the shortest time. Rinse away the residue using a normal press wash-up solvent. A non-water miscible solvent such as Revivo Wash will be ideal.
Hydromarc Roller Cleaning Paste achieves thorough cleaning within the specified span of time. Longer dwell time of the paste on running rollers could lead to excessive tack build-up.
