  • Cartridge is not    making good    contact with the
       printer

  • Check the cartridge. If it is low on ink, change it.

  • Dried ink is clogged, clean the print head

  • Choose "clean print head" on the printer software. If this     does not help...
       I) Remove the cartridge from the printer according to        printer manual.
II) Using a damp cloth, gently press the print head. This
should help ink to flow out of the cartridge.

The incorrect media type is selected. Select "Film"
       for media type.

  • Open the cover to your printer. With a cloth,
gently wipe any ink from the inside of the printer.

  • The Image I printed is blank.
  • You are out of ink.

  • The shelf life of a cartridge, unopened in the box is 18     months. There is also an expiry date on the cartridge         boxletting you know if its beyond the shelf life. Now, the     warranty is different. The warranty is 90 days from the     date on your receipt. So for folks who aren’t using more      than one cartridge every 3 months, it’s not to their     advantage to stock up since the warranty will expire before     they even open the next cartridge.
