The printers having “dye” based inks gives such outputs. NovaJet Inkjet Matte Film is manufactured considering property of ink that is used in maximum numbers of printers, i.e. pigment based ink. NovaJet Inkjet Matte Film is best compatible with pigment-based inks.

Dye based inks are water-soluble and Pigment based inks have particles present in it.
Dyes based inks are standard for color application in image and graphic production, where range and intensity of color is a critical factor. The key quality of a pigment based ink is that it contains small pieces of non-water soluble particles : like house paint, or similar to the toner in a laser printer. The solid particles dispersed within a pigment based ink tend to stay on the surface of the paper instead of soaking in, which improves the edge accuracy and bleed control.
Pigment based inks are more water fast than the dye based inks.

Corrections can be made on the drafting (reverse) side of the media.
Once the out-put is taken on the coated surface, preferably a mirror image, erase the unwanted image with a sharp blade (do not use, either water, eraser, or any solvents to remove the image), and make the necessary correction on the reverse surface (Drafting Surface), either with pencil or drawing pen.

A.1  You are low on ink.

Check your cartridge to see if it is low on ink. If the images/text suddenly stop, you need to change your cartridge.

Dried ink is clogging the print head so ink will not come out. You must clean your print head.
Choose “clean print head” on the printer software. If this does not help... 
I) Remove the cartridge from the printer according to printer manual.
II) Using a damp cloth, gently press the print head. This should help ink to flow out of the cartridge.
III) Return cartridge to printer.

On your software setting, when you choose to print, you can select “print quality.”
You should choose “normal” or “best” quality.
