NovaTex Clear Tracing Film is much more transparent than the normal tracing film, making it possible to trace more than 5 colours at a time.

Applications

Ideal to trace the different separations of a textile design manually. These separations can be directly exposed on the Rotary / Flatbed Screens or can be exposed on the Reproducible Clear Film / Reproducible Tracing Film, which is further, used to make the Rotary and Flatbed Printing.
The characteristics like excellent transparency and strong ink adhesion of NovaTex CTF has contributed in speeding the process of doing the textile tracings manually which in the process saves a lot of time and gives increased productivity.

Workflow

This product is specially manufactured for manually tracing or drawing of different colours of a design for textile printing.
NovaTex should not be stored in an area where it is exposed to heat or moisture.
After usage of the film it should be stored in a area where there is no moisture, or use Silicon Gel packets.
To make any correction to the drawing, use "Deletion liquid or pen".
Un-used film should be stored in its original pack.

How it works?

Place the sketch on a tracing table that needs to be processed for printing.
Use NovaTex CTF to manually trace the different colour separations of the sketch.
For multiple repeats, expose these separations onto NovaLith RCF Reproducible Clear Film) or NovaTrace RTF (Reproducible Tracing Film). Develop these films as recommended.
Position and expose the diazo film positives onto Rotary�/�Flat-bed screens. Process the screens as recommended.
