    • Ensures that the blue prints and intermediates obtained from it are of a very high contrast.
    • Allows prolonged storage for retrieval years later for reference, for modification or for making new prints.
    • Additions and erasures of pencil and ink lines can be carried out with ease and speed.
    • Drawings can be modified quickly and easily saving 60% to 90% of a draftsman's time.
    • Need based use of the required product can be made by the customer freely.
    Applications

    • NovaTrace RTF-E can be used to submit completed designs and drafts to inspecting authorities.
    • Old designs and drawings which lose detail and clarity can be rejuvenated on to an NovaTrace RTF-E, to restore original sharpness and clarity, thus eliminating, complete fading, discolouration and accidental destruction of drawings in handling or storage.
    • Ideally used by the engineering firms to protect valuable drawings and free the draftsmen of much time consuming repetitive work making him more productive and creative.

    Workflow

    How it works?
    • Trace a single repeat of textile design manually on NovaTex Clear Tracing Film or print it on an inkjet plotter on NovaJet Inkjet Matte Film in case of computer designing.
    • For multiple repeats, expose these separations onto NovaLith RCF (Reproducible Clear Film) for sharp designs and halftone gradations or NovaTrace RTF-T (Reproducible Tracing Film – Textiles) for patch and blotch designs.
    • Process RCF / RTF, which involves exposing it to a UV light source in a vacuum frame in the normal manner and further developing it in ammonia vapour.
    • Position and expose the positives onto Rotary / Flat-bed screens. Process the screens as recommended.
