Features

Prints excellent separations of a textile design when used with monochrome (pigmented) black ink.
One side has an inkjet coating for printing on inkjet plotters; the other side has drafting properties for manual corrections.

These separations can be further exposed on to diazo duplicating film or directly on to screen stencils meant for Rotary�/�Flat-bed textile printing machines.

Workflow

How it works

Scan in or create a design on the computer using any design software.
Process the design & make the colour separations through the software.
Print the colour separations on NovaJet Inkjet Matte Film using any Inkjet Plotter.
For multiple repeats, expose these separations onto Reproducible Clear / Tracing Films.
Develop the Rotary / Flatbed screens using these films.
Print the fabric on Rotary / Flatbed machines
