CtP Processor Cleaner is a specialty cleaner for all CtP Thermal & Photopolymer plate processors.

Usage Instructions
Method 1 :
Drain off 5-10 litres from exhausted developer bath.
Replace solution with CtP Processor Cleaner.
Don’t change filter at this stage.
Turn on the processor and allow solution to circulate in processor for 15-20 minutes.
Now drain and rinse away the remaining residues away with warm water.
Replace filter, refill bath with fresh developer.
Method 2 :
Drain away exhausted developer - do not remove or change filter.
Dilute CtP Processor Cleaner with warm water in 1:2 ratio.
Fill developer bath with this diluted solution - turn on processor and allow machine to reach operational temperature (23-25oC).
Allow it to re-circulate through the developer section for up to 15~20 minutes.
Drain the solution and rinse the residues with water.
Replace filter and refill with new developer.
Use a clean cloth saturated with undiluted CtP Processor Cleaner to remove Stubborn stains or to clean other processor parts.

Store at moderate temperature in dry, well ventilated area, away from sunlight. Always keep the containers tightly closed.

Caution
:
Store away from sources of heat, sparks, open flames and static electricity charges. The use of gloves or barrier cream is recommended while handling press or pre-press chemicals.
