TechNova, one of India’s leading suppliers of Total Imaging Solutions, will make its debut at Photokina, Koln in September 2016, with the full array of its Digital Print Media solutions.
Mumbai, India – July 2016
At its first ever stand at Photokina, Koln, TechNova will showcase its wide range of media for the Electrophotography, Inkjet and Dye-Sublimation print technologies, positioning itself as a One-Stop-Shop for all Digital media solutions
One of the products in most focus will be the premium non-tear, water-resistant NovaLife Media range (formerly known as NovaJet LMO), which is characterized with its innovative dual side coating that gives a rich and luxurious finish, post-lamination. Its non-tear and high-quality finish has made it the most preferred option for discerning photographers and end consumers. Being synthetic in nature, the media life is significantly longer as compared to paper. It is in fact, the most popular media for wedding albums, having mostly replaced conventional photographic paper, across India.
Mr. Kalpesh Mehta from SRK Creative Pvt. Ltd. says this about TechNova’s non-tear media, “We have been using TechNova’s HP Indigo certified NovaJet LMO (now known as NovaLife) media for a few years now. It is our most preferred media for premium grade wedding albums and photobooks. The smooth surface finish and crisp, life-like colours are very critical for us as most of our customers are professional photographers, who have very high quality requirements. ”
Mr. Vimal Parmar, DGM – Marketing, Digital Print Media, TechNova, states, “One of the key reasons why NovaLife Non-tear media is so popular is that it reduces album weight by almost 60% as compared to traditional silver-halide media. Also, it is available in a number of variants like, opaque, clear, translucent, metallic and self-adhesive, so digital printers have a wide range of media to choose from. A select range of NovaLife media is also HP Indigo certified, which further adds to its appeal.”
According to Parmar, the shift from analog to digital in India in the recent past, has encouraged TechNova to develop an entirely new concept of non-tear wedding album media. According to him, this shift in technology, and rapid growth in popularity in NovaLife non-tear media has benefitted the entire value chain, right from wedding photographers, to print service providers to the end consumers in India.
In addition to NovaLife Media, TechNova will also display its range of premium coated media for indoor and outdoor Signage Printing, as well as its comprehensive range of Dye-Sublimation heat-transfer papers for transfers of fabric, ceramic and specialty substrates.
TechNova’s Digital Print Media offerings can be seen at Photokina in Hall 03.1 / Booth D-010, from 20th to 25th September 2016.
