Product Description & Application
NovaSign Bill Board Paper 125 Blue Back (BBP 5505) is a white matte, front print, water-resistant paper, top-coated with an ink-receptive layer for eco-solvent, solvent, UV & latex inkjet printing. The back of the media has a medium wet strength for easy glue and paste applications in billboards. It has a special blue back coating for limited show through. This media is suitable for full-colour graphics for indoor & outdoor promotional displays such as billboards, posters, POP & POS displays & many more.

Compatibility
Compatibility with original eco-solvent & solvent inks for printers of HP series, Epson series, Roland series, Mutoh series & Mimaki JV series. This media is also suitable for printing with UV& Latex based inks.

Durability of Media
The durability of the printed image is dependent on the fading characteristics of the inks used.
Avoid using unbranded inks. Please consult the ink manufacturer and printer manufacturer for technical advice on the suitable inks.
If the printed graphics are likely to be exposed to corrosive liquids, smoke, fumes or a highly polluted atmosphere or if there is a likelihood of scratching or friction while mounting on surface or cleaning after mounting. It is strongly recommended that the prints are laminated with a cold, pressure sensitive vinyl lamination media.
Usage Instructions
It is recommended to condition the media in the normal printing environment for 24 hours before printing
It is recommended to pre-test the compatibility of the inks with the media for design application, before commencing actual production.

While printing care must be taken to modify the print file to suit the ink limit of the media
The media should be printed with the specific ink limit
To protect from handling abuse and scratches on print, the media should be protected by a cold, pressure sensitive laminate. The laminate must also be pre-tested for compatibility
While printing the media with higher ink limit, it is recommended to dry the media with an external electrical fan or an IR heater
Lamination
