Product Description & Application
NovaJet Transfero Opaque Gloss Film 185 SA is a self-adhesive, polyester film coated with a special ink receptive layer for dye-sub transfer applications. Its opaque white gloss finish provides excellent contrast base for vibrant and photo finish prints. The film is back-coated with a proprietary adhesive which can withstand temperature upto 200oC and its specially designed 50 micron release liner provides anti-static property during the dye-sub transfer process. This film is suitable for indoor applications such as industrial labels, posters, point-of-sale displays, garment tags, luggage tags and many more.

Usage Instructions
Print image on sublimation paper using sublimation inks
Ensure you print the image as mirror image
Allow the printed sublimation paper to dry for 2-3 hours before the heat transfer
Place the printed sublimation paper on the film and apply heat
Apply heat (using a heat press) at 170oC-175oC for 120 seconds
The image will get transferred on the film and it is ready for use
